Biography
Carl Webb is a multi-talented musician born in West Tennessee and raised in West Michigan. He credits much of his musical talent to his mother who taught him how to play the guitar at an early age. He also grew up listening to country and rock n' roll music and has been writing songs and playing in bands since the age of 13. Although he loved to pass the time playing and writing songs, it took winning a high school talent show with an original song to turn a pass-time into a musical career. He later studied music at Muskegon Community College where his career became even more serious after winning "Most Promising Male Vocalist" from CMA of Michigan.
When writing his music and preparing for a concert, Carl draws from many sources. These might include: childhood memories, the talents of band members, the variety of music and artists he was exposed to through out his career. Carl Webb & the band do what they do best: their own blend of American music including Country, Rock n'Roll and Blues, which they share at a variety of venues from nightclubs to casinos.
